About this role

TIMEPROOFUSA, a rapidly expanding roofing and home improvement company, is looking for an HR Specialist to manage critical employee lifecycle functions as the organization scales. You'll own the full journey from offer acceptance through offboarding—handling pre-employment logistics like background checks and I-9 compliance, coordinating onboarding and orientation, and maintaining personnel files. Beyond administrative work, you'll drive employee engagement through recognition programs, service awards, and culture initiatives, while also supporting training coordination and serving as a frontline resource for employee HR questions.

This role requires comfort with HR systems and compliance details, particularly Emburse and Predictive Index administration. You'll partner with HR leadership on process improvements, reporting, and audits, and contribute to broader employee experience initiatives as the company grows. The position is based in Sacramento and requires in-office work.

The role pays $28–$36 per hour based on experience and includes full health benefits, a 401(k) plan, and PTO. You'll have structured monthly feedback and clear opportunity for advancement within the HR function as TIMEPROOFUSA continues its expansion.
