We're seeking an experienced Male Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services for a 14-year-old boy with autism. The client is very strong, so we're looking for someone who is physically fit, confident, and able to safely support active behaviors while remaining calm and professional.

About this role
OOS Management Corp. is hiring a male RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy for a 14-year-old nonverbal boy with autism in Forest Hills, Queens. This is a part-time evening position running Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, starting mid-September. The role requires hands-on behavioral support for an active client, so you'll need to be physically fit and comfortable managing dynamic situations while staying calm and professional.
You must hold RBT certification and have prior experience working with children on the autism spectrum. The ideal candidate combines patience and compassion with the physical capability and confidence to safely support an engaged, strong adolescent. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as you'll be coordinating with the broader clinical team. Pay is competitive and based on your experience level.
