About this role

Comprehensive Mobile Care is looking for a Dental Assistant to support dental services across multiple clinics in the Seattle Metro area—a role that prioritizes quality patient care and predictable scheduling over high-volume production. You'd assist dentists during exams and procedures, manage portable dental equipment setup and sterilization, prepare treatment rooms, and support patient intake and documentation. The work is grounded in a mission-driven, community-focused model serving seniors, with clinic staff on-site full-time and coordinated team-based care.

This position requires at least two years of dental assisting experience, an active RDA credential, and a current radiation certificate. You'll need reliable transportation to move between clinic locations, the ability to lift and transport equipment weighing 25–50 pounds, and a professional, independent approach to work. The schedule offers genuine flexibility—choose between full-time (4–5 days per week) or part-time (2–3 days per week), with no nights or weekends, plus mileage reimbursement and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Full-time positions include a benefits package.
