About this role
Syska Hennessy Group is recruiting an entry-level electrical engineer to join their Boston office and participate in their formal Engineering Development Training program. The role centers on CAD and BIM drafting, coordination with other trades, field site visits, and learning the company's design standards and processes under close mentorship from experienced technical staff.
This position suits recent electrical engineering graduates (or architectural engineering majors) who are comfortable learning on the job and want structured professional development. You'll need proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; REVIT and design software experience are valued.
