About this role

Syska Hennessy Group is hiring an entry-level ICT engineer to join their Boston office and participate in their structured Engineer Development Training program. You'll support the Information Communication Technology group on real projects—conducting field inspections, creating designs in CAD and BIM, performing systems calculations, and collaborating across disciplines. The role expects you to learn foundational ICT concepts including network connectivity, LAN/WAN systems, and Wi-Fi infrastructure while working closely with senior engineers who will mentor you through both technical and business aspects of the work.

This position suits recent electrical engineering or computer science graduates (graduating Winter 2026 through Summer 2027) who thrive in collaborative environments and want structured mentorship. You'll need proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, with REVIT and prior internship experience as advantages. The firm emphasizes ownership of your work quality and timeliness, paired with genuine investment in your development—the EDT program is their signature commitment to turning graduates into technical experts and business leaders.

The in-office Boston role offers competitive compensation ($68,788–$97,182), comprehensive health and retirement benefits, professional development funding, and notably flexible perks including half-day Fridays year-round and transit stipends. This is a full-time position, not a traditional internship, designed as a launchpad for your engineering career within a global firm.
