About this role
Specialty Dental Brands is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to regional and practice leaders across their growing network of pediatric dentistry, orthodontic, and oral surgery practices. You'll spend most of your time coaching managers through employee relations challenges, performance management conversations, and day-to-day people decisions. The role involves conducting investigations, supporting corrective action and documentation, helping leaders navigate conflict and retention concerns, and ensuring HR policies are applied consistently across multiple locations. With 30% travel based on business needs, you'll build strong relationships with Practice Managers, Office Managers, and operational leaders who depend on your guidance and partnership.
