About this role
Leading Envoy Global's Gauteng office means owning both the people and the business. You'll manage a team of immigration professionals while serving as the senior point of contact for complex client matters, balancing hands-on case guidance with strategic branch leadership. The role demands deep knowledge of South African immigration law and regulations—you'll advise clients on their most complicated matters, engage with immigration authorities, and ensure the team maintains compliance across all work. Equally important is your commercial responsibility: you'll develop the branch business plan, drive client retention and growth, manage budgets and forecasts, and represent the organization within the local immigration and business community.
This is a full leadership position suited to someone with at least five years in a management role, ideally within South African immigration services. You'll need a strong grasp of immigration legislation, proven success in client relationship management and business development, and the operational discipline to oversee service delivery, KPIs, and SLA commitments. Financial acumen—budgeting, forecasting, and cost management—is essential. A bachelor's degree in business, law, human resources, immigration, or a related field is required.
The role is in-office at Envoy Global's Gauteng offices. The company emphasizes work-life balance and collaborative culture across its global offices.
