About this role

At Truecaller, you'd own the strategy and roadmap for the Business Messaging product portfolio—a core offering serving enterprise customers across 190+ countries. This role sits at a critical inflection point: the product has already scaled significantly, and you'll be responsible for steering it through its next phase of growth while hitting revenue targets that matter to investors and customers alike. You'll need to balance strategic vision with execution discipline, working across product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and sales to deliver on ambitious goals.

The ideal candidate brings 8-10 years of experience with at least 5-7 years in product management, ideally within CPaaS, CCaaS, or UCaaS environments building communication solutions. You should have shipped products at scale, understand APIs and workflow management deeply, and know how to build monetization and pricing strategies. Experience with Android and iOS teams is valuable. More than anything, you need the ability to influence without direct authority, think data-driven, and communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-suite.

This is an in-office role in Bangalore suited to someone who thrives in collaborative environments and wants real hands-on impact. Truecaller offers learning programs, internal mobility, competitive compensation including tax-advantaged savings options, and quarterly "Lab Days" where you can explore new ideas. The company emphasizes a people-focused culture and values diverse perspectives.
