Office address: 1101 Red Ventures Dr Fort Mill, SC 29707

What You’ll Do

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Build and revise media plans within SLA, ensuring every plan is accurate and deliverable before it reaches a client.
  • Validate inventory feasibility before every plan goes out the door, flagging gaps early rather than after a plan is already live.
  • Handle day-to-day changes, optimizations, and maintenance of media plans.  Maintain media plans in the Order Management System for accurate invoicing and revenue booking.  Process insertion order changes and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on campaign tactics and expectations.
  • Collaborate with AdOps, Performance, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution — delivering on time, mitigating revenue risk, and meeting or exceeding KPIs. Align on client monthly billing requirements.
  • Flag billing or IO discrepancies the moment they're spotted, and keep systems in sync so confirmations go out clean.
  • Take ownership of data accuracy within sales workflow systems and tools.

Client Relations

  • Handle time-sensitive inquiries to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Engage with clients at meetings and events to strengthen relationships and support renewals and retention.

Strategic Partnership

  • Help brainstorm and plan compelling proposals for top-tier advertising partners in the pharmaceutical and wellness industries, ensuring alignment with strategic campaign objectives including inventory management.
  • Handle media plan changes for performance reallocations as well as proactive and reactive incremental offerings, coordinating efforts between cross-functional teams to maximize campaign success.
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert across key areas the APS team is responsible for, proactively sharing knowledge, best practices, and trends with the immediate team and cross-functional partners alike.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in digital publishing sales support or a digital agency in planning or buying (pharmaceutical experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and client services skills
  • Positive attitude when responding to frequent deadlines for multiple stakeholders, both internal and external — lead with a sense of urgency
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and the instinct to challenge assumptions rather than take a request at face value
  • Strong fluency in digital media pricing models (CPM, CPUV, CPC, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, DCM, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, CRM tools, and order management systems (e.g., Operative, Salesforce, OMS)
  • Familiarity with Crossix, IQVIA, IAS, DoubleVerify, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

About this role

RVO Health's Account Planning & Success team manages the operational backbone of digital ad campaigns for healthcare clients, and this manager role puts you in charge of accurate, on-time execution across your portfolio. You'll own media plan development and validation, handle day-to-day optimizations, manage insertion orders and billing reconciliation, and serve as the bridge between internal teams—AdOps, Performance, Sales—and clients in the pharmaceutical and wellness space. The work demands precision with systems like Operative and Google Ad Manager, fluency in digital media pricing models, and the ability to spot and flag issues before they become problems.

This is a fit for someone with at least three years in digital publishing sales support or agency planning and buying, ideally with pharma experience. You'll need strong communication skills to manage competing deadlines from multiple stakeholders, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and comfort with the tools of the trade: DCM, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and verification vendors like Crossix or DoubleVerify. The role is hybrid in the Charlotte metro area (Fort Mill, SC), with Tuesday-Thursday office presence and flexibility to work remotely Monday and Friday.

The position offers a salary of $80,000–$90,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) match, paid parental leave, wellness coaching, and mental health support. RVO Health is a joint venture between Red Ventures and Optum, operating trusted healthcare brands that reach over 40 million people monthly.
