Upstream's telehealth team is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist skilled in both ortho and pelvic health treatments to support our Mississippi markets. Must be willing to work 3 evenings each week, or 2 evenings and a Saturday (CST). Candidates must reside in a compact state.

Hours:

Qualifications:

Upstream Rehabilitation is building out its telehealth ortho and pelvic health practice in Mississippi and looking for a full-time Physical Therapist willing to work evenings and weekends. The role operates under their Visit-Based-Earnings model, meaning you control your own caseload and earn up to $40 per completed visit. You'll work 30–40 hours weekly with scheduling flexibility—either three evenings each week or two evenings plus Saturday—and must hold an active Mississippi PT license and reside in a compact state.
