At 3 Day Blinds, our Design Consultants don't just sell — they transform spaces. You'll meet clients in their homes, help them design beautiful, custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision, all in a single visit. With company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you'll have everything you need to build a high-impact career from day one. This is a full-time opportunity.
What you'll do
• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation

The work is independent and field-based, so you'll need reliable local transportation and flexibility to work at least one weekend day plus four weekdays.
3 Day Blinds provides company-scheduled appointments from day one, so you're not starting from scratch. You'll complete three weeks of paid training before your first client visit, and you'll have a tablet, smartphone, and product samples supplied. The compensation is commission-based with no cap—the company reports average earnings of $70K–$100K+, and you can grow income further by generating your own leads through referrals and networking. You'll also receive mileage reimbursement, full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
The ideal candidate is people-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. Prior sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is valued, but design expertise isn't required.
