Primary Responsibilities
- Learns and assists client accounting services/consulting professionals under direction of Seniors, Supervisors, Manager, Senior Managers and Partners.
- Assists with engagements that respond to the evolving client needs that range from daily accounting functions to complex solutions as an outsourced CFO.
- Becomes familiar with the firm's policies and procedures including accounting procedures, work paper preparation and project management.
- Keeps current on technical issues and learns to apply them to client circumstances.
- Analyze financial data, and client workflows to solve problems thoroughly and efficiently.
- Becomes proficient in the use of the various software programs used by the firm. Also becomes familiar with the firm's technology and research tools.
Education, Experience, + Certifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting from a four-year college or university
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Zero (0) to Two (2) years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
