Drive the volume hiring of Campus Managers at a fast-growing American Start-up!
Fresh Prints is a New York City-based custom apparel start-up. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools.
We have 500+ students who will do over $20 million in sales over the next 12 months. Your job is to help Fresh Prints find more incredible students who drive revenue. You’ll do this by working directly on converting leads into Campus Managers.

As a Campus Recruiter, you will tackle those questions and many more. You’ll do that by directly working with our Recruiting Team Manager, whom you'll report to.
We’re looking for someone who is willing to take ownership, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is proactive. The ideal candidate should have great people skills and some sales/recruiting experience. This job is 40% recruiting skills and 60% sales and communication skills, so if you have a knack for sales and love recruiting, this is the perfect job for you.
One of our most consequential and high-value growth avenues is recruiting more student entrepreneurs who sell apparel. You'll directly be responsible for that.
Needless to say, you’ll grow as Fresh Prints grows. This is the perfect role for someone early on in their Recruiting/Sales/Growth careers. You’ll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot, develop professionally, and have a big impact.
Responsibilities
- Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes, while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals.
- Promoting and marketing the CM job through outbound recruiting campaigns, including calls, emails, texts, etc.
- Screen potential CM candidates.
- Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team.
- Work with our Recruiting Team Manager and fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals.
- Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.
- Coordinate with our interview & training teams
Requirements
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with a neutral accent
- Fluency in English is a must
- Great interpersonal and people skills
- LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred
- 1+ years of High volume recruiting experience
- 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

With 500+ current Campus Managers generating over $20 million in annual sales, this role sits at the center of scaling that network.
The position demands strong sales instincts paired with recruiting fundamentals. You'll spend roughly 60% of your time on sales and communication and 40% on recruiting mechanics, so this suits someone who enjoys direct outreach and relationship-building more than process administration alone. The ideal candidate has at least one year each in high-volume recruiting and outbound sales, LinkedIn recruiting experience, and exceptional written and spoken English. You'll report to the Recruiting Team Manager and work Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, fully remote from anywhere in India.
This is a three-month contract role with potential to convert to full-time based on performance. The monthly salary is $750.
