About this role
X, bigly labs is Dis-Chem's innovation hub focused on reimagining healthcare delivery through digital solutions. This Senior Engineering Manager role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, leading multiple engineering tribes to deliver healthcare and clinic-based platforms. You'd translate business objectives into technical strategy, oversee engineering budgets and resource allocation, and ensure solutions align with clinical workflows and regulated healthcare environments. The work spans strategic planning, architecture governance, and cross-functional partnership with product and architecture teams.
