About this role

Rimes is seeking a Level II GSD Analyst to serve as an advanced escalation point within its global IT operations, handling complex technical issues that frontline support cannot resolve. You'd own high-severity incidents across operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint security, while also managing user provisioning, SFTP troubleshooting, and hardware asset lifecycle. The role bridges L1 support and specialist teams, requiring you to interpret logs and monitoring dashboards, lead incident investigations, and maintain rigorous documentation and knowledge management standards.

This position demands solid technical depth across Windows and macOS environments, hands-on M365 administration (Exchange, Teams, Intune, Entra ID), and proficiency with ticketing systems like Jira Service Management. You'll also handle endpoint provisioning via Autopilot and Intune, software asset management and licensing, and contribute to GSD sprint projects focused on automation and continuous improvement. A bachelor's degree in IT or related field plus 2–4 years of IT support experience is required; ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications are preferred.

Based in Manila on a hybrid schedule (2–3 days on-site), this role suits someone comfortable with technical troubleshooting, escalation ownership, and the operational discipline needed to support institutional capital markets clients managing over $75 trillion in assets annually.
