Business Analyst - Financial Crime

Role Description

Exp-7-12 years

Location-Bangalore

 

  • Strong Business Analysis experience within banking or financial services.
  • Support projects across areas such as AML, KYC/CDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting
  • Good knowledge of financial crime processes and regulatory controls.
  • Practical experience delivering change through Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder-management, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and collaborate across business, compliance, technology, and operations teams.
