About this role
Lucid Software's Professional Services Consultant role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, working directly with Fortune 500 clients to translate their complex transformation challenges into visual, actionable roadmaps using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. You'd act as a trusted advisor and delivery lead, facilitating executive workshops on digital transformation and AI initiatives while guiding enterprise teams through software adoption and organizational change. The work is hands-on and visible—your success is measured directly through client adoption rates, renewals, and new revenue unlocked within strategic accounts.
This role demands someone with at least five years in consultative, customer-facing work, whether in Professional Services, management consulting, or enterprise SaaS. You'll need a solid grasp of AI, process management, or enterprise architecture concepts, plus comfort presenting to C-suite stakeholders and managing ambiguous, high-stakes environments. Prior exposure to cloud platforms, infrastructure visualization, or enterprise architecture frameworks is expected; a background in engineering or software development before moving into consulting is a plus.
Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, the position is hybrid—you'll work remotely most days but come into the office Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you thrive on translating messy business problems into structured solutions and building relationships with senior enterprise leaders, this is a direct-impact role with a company that's already embedded across the Fortune 500.
