About this role
Ennoble Care is looking for an Intake Nurse to manage the front end of their hospice admission process across their Philadelphia market. Working hybrid, you'll handle incoming referrals by phone, complete intake paperwork, verify insurance coverage, and coordinate scheduling with clinical staff. The role sits at the intersection of patient care and operations—your accuracy and communication directly affect how quickly patients get enrolled and matched with the right clinician.
You'll need an active LPN license in Pennsylvania, at least three years of customer service experience, and comparable EMR system experience. Prior work in home health or hospice is preferred but not required. The position demands strong organizational skills, comfort with multiple phone lines and computer systems, and the ability to manage administrative details while maintaining the compassionate approach Ennoble Care emphasizes. This is primarily office-based work with standard administrative tasks like filing and data entry.
The role offers a $65,000 salary with standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage, plus paid time off, paid sick time, and a 401(k) with company match. You'll be part of a team serving patients across eleven states, though your focus will be the Philadelphia region.
