We’re on the lookout for a Quality Associate to ensure every product meets Four Hands' high standards before it reaches our customers. In this role, you’ll be performing detailed inspections and collaborating with team members to quickly resolve any product issues. This is a great opportunity to directly support Four Hands’ commitment to excellence, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Shift Times: 7AM - 4PM, Monday to Friday

In This Role

Conduct thorough product inspections, document findings, and capture photos using our warehouse management systems on computers and tablets
Identify and report product issues, such as splits, cracks, dents, finish flaws, color inconsistencies, material defects, and packaging problems
Utilize barcode scanners for accurate inventory management
Operate a variety of tools daily, including hand tools, power tools, touch-up materials, and packaging materials
Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and, if trained, forklifts or pickers to move products
Unpack, rework, and repack products to their original condition as needed
Accurately identify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading
Assist with unloading and loading containers or trailers as required
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations
High school diploma or GED required
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours

About this role

Four Hands is seeking a Quality Associate to inspect furniture and décor products at their Del Valle facility, ensuring items meet company standards before shipment. The role involves hands-on work—operating barcode scanners, hand and power tools, pallet jacks, and potentially forklifts—as well as unpacking, reworking, and repacking products to restore them to original condition. You'll also assist with container and trailer loading and unloading, and maintain accurate paperwork across customer orders, manifests, and bills of lading.

This position suits someone with at least one year of warehouse or distribution center experience who is comfortable with both computer systems and physical labor. You'll need basic proficiency in warehouse management software, Excel, and email, along with the ability to lift 50 lbs independently and move items up to 225 lbs with help. The role requires steel-toed footwear and willingness to work overtime. Two shift options are available: 5 AM–2 PM or 7 AM–4 PM, Monday through Friday.
