About this role
Kodiak Solutions' Healthcare team works with hospitals and health systems across the country to streamline operations through data analysis and technology. As a summer intern, you'd support that mission by analyzing client data, building financial models, and helping optimize revenue cycle processes—work that directly influences how healthcare organizations perform. You'd contribute to client-facing reports and specialized projects ranging from month-end close improvements to payer reimbursement modeling, all while learning from experienced consultants in a remote, collaborative environment.
The internship suits analytical, self-directed learners who are comfortable with both independent work and team collaboration. You should be pursuing a degree in business, accounting, finance, healthcare administration, IT, engineering, or a related field, and be a current college junior graduating in May 2028. The role expects you to think creatively about business problems, communicate findings clearly to clients, and be willing to travel for engagements. If you're looking to build real consulting and healthcare operations experience before graduation, this offers genuine exposure to complex client challenges and the chance to develop skills that matter in the industry.
