Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire Shifts: Days & Nights - 8-8
Pay Rates (including holiday pay):
- Days: £35.20 per hour
- Nights: £39.55 per hour
- Weekends: £44.06 per hour

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking nurses who are:
- Compassionate and resilient, with a genuine passion for paediatric care.
- Experienced in UK complex care (minimum 6 months in the last 2 years).
- Skilled in key areas such as Care and Use of Gastrostomy, Complex Epilepsy/Seizure Management, Ventilation via Mask & Female Intermittent Catheterisation experience/knowledge.

Thornbury Community Services is seeking experienced paediatric nurses to provide day and night care for a young person with complex healthcare needs in a family home setting. The role centres on managing seizures, enteral feeding, and non-invasive ventilation, alongside building relationships with the family and enabling the client to participate in community activities and everyday experiences. You'll work alongside another nurse on shift, balancing clinical expertise with person-centred support that prioritises both safety and quality of life.
This position suits nurses with at least six months of recent UK complex care experience and demonstrated competency in gastrostomy care, epilepsy management, mask ventilation, and female catheterisation. The work demands compassion and resilience—the ability to deliver high-standard clinical care while genuinely connecting with families and recognising the broader impact of your presence in their home.
TCS offers day rates of £35.20 per hour, nights at £39.55, and weekends at £44.06, plus access to CPD, revalidation support, refresher training, and a 24/7 employee assistance programme. The role is full-time and based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, with both day and night shifts available.
