About this role

Wizinc is seeking a Technical Account Manager for the ANZ region to work remotely with enterprise customers adopting the Wiz cloud and AI security platform. In this role, you'll own the customer journey from onboarding through operationalization, serving as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Support. You'll develop trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, help customers build Success Plans tied to measurable KPIs, and guide them on deployment, best practices, and platform optimization.

The position requires at least four years in technical customer-facing roles—such as TAM, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services—combined with strong cloud architecture knowledge and relevant certifications like AWS or Azure Solutions Architect. Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their security implications is essential. You'll need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, plus the legal right to work in New Zealand without sponsorship.

Success in this role means balancing strategic account growth with hands-on technical problem-solving. You'll identify expansion opportunities within customer organizations, advocate for their needs internally, and track adoption metrics. The ideal candidate brings enterprise relationship-building experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and executive audiences.
