About this role

DigiCert, a global cybersecurity leader protecting digital infrastructure for 90% of the Fortune 500, is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager for a six-month fixed-term contract based in Cape Town. This role focuses on building and scaling revenue through self-service and e-commerce channels across DigiCert's product portfolio—from unit-based offerings like TLS certificates to SaaS products like DNS. You'll own the full performance marketing stack, managing paid search, social, retargeting, display, and emerging channels while optimizing every step of the buying journey from traffic through checkout.

The work is hands-on and data-driven. You'll build performance engines around validated growth opportunities, run continuous tests on audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages, and translate results into clear recommendations on where to invest next. Close collaboration with design teams means you'll develop and iterate on social ads, infographics, and landing page assets. Success here means moving conversion rates, pipeline, and ROAS in the right direction across multiple campaigns simultaneously.

You'll need at least three years in growth, performance, or e-commerce marketing with proven ability to increase qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue. Hands-on experience managing paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels is essential, as is strong analytical capability to diagnose drop-off points and test solutions. Experience in cybersecurity or technical B2B products is a plus but not required. DigiCert offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits including health cover, generous leave, professional development support, and employee assistance programs.
