About this role
Nebius Academy is building education and workforce development programs across regions, and this role leads the operational delivery of that strategy in your assigned area. You'll own everything from translating global education initiatives into regional implementation plans to ensuring curriculum is ready, learning platforms are operational, and programs actually reach learners successfully. This means managing timelines, identifying risks before they derail delivery, and coordinating multiple simultaneous launches across different communities and partner organizations.
The work spans several interconnected domains. You'll manage relationships with universities, community colleges, workforce organizations, and government partners to determine which programs fit each community's needs. You'll oversee curriculum decisions—determining what existing Nebius Academy content works, what needs adaptation, and what requires new development—while gathering feedback from instructors and learners to drive improvements. You'll also coordinate the practical side: ensuring courses are deployed on the right platforms, learners can enroll and access credentials, and technology issues get resolved quickly.
Success in this role requires comfort across education program management, external relationship building, and operational infrastructure. You'll need to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, manage contractors and vendors effectively, and establish processes that allow programs to scale. The position is based in Amsterdam and requires in-office presence.
