You'll be the primary point of contact for guests, handling everything from reservations and check-ins to fleet maintenance and payment processing. The role demands hands-on responsibility across multiple functions: welcoming travelers, preparing and cleaning vehicles, monitoring maintenance needs, and resolving complaints or emergencies as they arise. This is a full-time, in-office position based at their East Tāmaki location, with weekend and public holiday availability required.

The ideal candidate brings experience in tourism, hospitality, retail, or car rental environments, though what matters most is genuine enthusiasm for travel and direct customer service. Beyond these essentials, the role rewards organized, problem-solving individuals who take ownership of their work and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Indie Campers offers career progression within field operations, access to free road trips across Europe, North America, and Oceania, performance and referral bonuses, and the possibility of transitioning to their offices in Lisbon, Mexico City, or Manila. If you're looking to build experience with a growing, tech-driven company in the travel space, this depot role provides a solid entry point.
