About this role

Natera's Accessioning Team Runner role in Austin is a fast-paced, hands-on position that keeps sample flow moving through the laboratory. You'll receive packages at the dock, scan tracking information into spreadsheets, distribute samples to clinical staff, and manage the physical organization of the lab—racking bulk samples, emptying bins, and disposing of materials according to protocol. The work requires attention to detail, particularly around matching paperwork to samples and flagging any discrepancies to supervisors.

This is a full-time, in-office role working Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6:30pm, starting at $17 per hour. You'll handle protected health information regularly in both paper and electronic formats, so HIPAA and security training are mandatory within your first month. The position calls for a high school diploma, basic computer skills (including Google Docs), strong organizational habits, and the ability to work efficiently under time pressure. It's suited to someone who prefers structured, task-driven work in a regulated healthcare environment and doesn't mind physical activity and a consistent schedule. Note that this position does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
