Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license for North Carolina opportunities; Active South Carolina Physical Therapist License for South Carolina opportunities (or eligible)

BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care at one of their Charlotte metro-area clinics (Charlotte, Gastonia, Indian Trail, or Fort Mill). You'll develop and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, collaborate with a clinical team, and build relationships with patients and local providers. The role emphasizes patient outcomes and leverages modern technology designed to minimize documentation so you can spend more time on direct care.
This position offers competitive compensation of $80,000–$95,000 with an achievable monthly clinical bonus program that over 90% of clinicians qualify for.
