About this role

Leading Judi Health's expansion into risk-bearing insurance products, this VP role sits at the intersection of health technology and traditional insurance operations. You'd own the complete strategy and execution for a growing portfolio spanning stop-loss, reinsurance, captive management, level-funded, and MEC programs—from pipeline development and RFP responses through finalist negotiations and account closure. The position requires deep expertise in both the insured and stop-loss markets, plus the ability to build and mentor a sales team while collaborating with product and operations on strategy refinement.

This is a leadership role suited to someone with at least 10 years in health insurance, consulting, or a closely related field, and an active broker's license in at least one state where Judi operates. You'll need to balance business development intensity with strategic thinking about market positioning and product evolution. The remote setup from Charlotte offers flexibility, and the $224,000–$280,000 salary reflects the seniority and market knowledge the role demands. Success here means growing a new business line for a company reshaping how benefits administration works at scale.
