About this role
Northmarq is building its 2027 summer internship pipeline across its Austin office and inviting current college students—undergraduate or graduate—to apply now for placement in summer 2027. This is an early recruitment effort, so you'd be joining a talent pool rather than filling an immediate opening. You'll need to indicate your preferred department and confirm you can relocate to Austin without company support.
The company operates across five distinct areas of commercial real estate capital markets: investment sales (property analysis and transaction brokerage across retail, multifamily, industrial, healthcare, and other asset types), production debt and equity (structuring financing and equity partnerships), agency lending (an eight-week rotational program in Dallas covering origination through asset management), and fund management. Depending on which track interests you, you'd gain exposure to client-facing work, financial modeling and pro forma analysis, underwriting and credit decisions, or portfolio management.
