About this role
Nebius is hiring a Security Analyst to join its IT Infrastructure team in Prague, working in-office to monitor and respond to security incidents while maintaining compliance across the company's cloud platform. The role centers on incident investigation and remediation using tools like Microsoft Sentinel, CSPM solutions, and SIEM platforms, paired with the responsibility of ensuring the infrastructure adheres to standards such as SOX, DORA, GDPR, and SOC II. You'll collaborate with auditors, create automation through Logic Apps and PowerShell scripts, and document findings to demonstrate ongoing compliance.
This position suits someone with at least two years of hands-on security analyst experience in enterprise environments, particularly with Microsoft's security stack (Sentinel, Entra ID, Purview). You should be comfortable investigating incidents, understanding identity and access management, and working across compliance frameworks. Scripting ability in PowerShell is expected, and experience with cloud security posture management, EDR tools, or DevOps practices strengthens your candidacy. Microsoft certifications in security operations, identity administration, or information protection are valued but not required.
The role offers competitive compensation and career development within a fast-moving, 1,500-person organization building AI infrastructure at scale. You'll have flexibility in location—the posting mentions Prague in-office but also notes the option to work remotely elsewhere in Europe, though clarification on this may be needed during application.
