About this role
Supporting Inizio's monthly financial consolidation sits at the heart of this Group Financial Accountant role. You'll prepare consolidated profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports while helping senior management interpret the Group's financial performance. The position also involves implementing and maintaining SOx controls across the organization, preparing statutory financial statements, and handling audit queries—work that demands both technical precision and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with at least two years of post-qualification experience from a Big 4 practice, ideally with exposure to large organizations, private equity-backed companies, or PLCs. Consolidation experience is essential, as is a track record of improving financial reporting processes. You'll need strong systems knowledge—particularly Oracle Fusion, Oracle FCCS/EPM, or Workiva—alongside the ability to build relationships across the business and work collaboratively under tight deadlines.
This is a hybrid role based in Dublin (three days in office) offering a competitive salary and bonus, 25 days' annual leave, an attractive pension scheme, and healthcare allowance. You'll gain broad exposure to financial reporting in a large group environment while supporting ad hoc projects that expand your skillset beyond routine consolidation work.
