About this role
Connections Health Solutions is seeking a clinician ready to blend direct patient care with operational leadership in a fully remote supervisory role. As Provider Supervisor for Medical Services in the West Region, you'll spend at least 25% of your time delivering direct clinical care to patients in behavioral health crisis while managing provider staffing, scheduling, and clinical decision-making across multiple facilities. This position demands someone comfortable moving between the bedside and the conference room—overseeing hiring and team development, ensuring appropriate admissions and discharge protocols, and collaborating with external partners to maintain continuity of care.
You'll need a PA or PMHNP credential with psychiatric certification, at least three years of crisis mental health or behavioral health experience, and two years in a supervisory capacity. Current licensure in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Virginia is required, along with valid DEA certification and prescribing authorization. The role involves occasional travel to Connections locations and may include managing students, residents, and university partnerships. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive health insurance, 401k matching, and 160 hours of PTO annually.
This role suits someone who has developed clinical expertise in crisis care and is ready to step into leadership while maintaining hands-on practice. If you're drawn to a physician-led, data-driven organization focused on stabilizing people in behavioral health crises and connecting them to recovery resources, and you're licensed or willing to become licensed in the required states, this could be a strong fit.
