Description

EOLA Power is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to serve as our Field Service Report (FSR) Reviewer. This role is responsible for reviewing and validating Field Service Reports completed by our Field Service Engineers before they are released to clients and internal teams.

The FSR Reviewer plays a critical role in protecting revenue, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring our documentation reflects the level of professionalism EOLA Power is known for.

This is a focused role centered on report review and quality control, with additional quoting support responsibilities to complement the workflow.

About this role

EOLA Power's Field Service Report Reviewer role centers on quality control and accuracy—reviewing technical documentation completed by field engineers before it reaches clients and internal teams. You'll verify critical details like equipment dates, replacement timelines, and end-of-life recommendations, catch reporting errors, ensure images are client-ready, and confirm that service comments are clear and professional. The role also includes supporting the quoting process by helping translate field findings into accurate commercial follow-up.

This position suits someone who is genuinely detail-oriented and finds satisfaction in structured, repetitive work. You'll need strong Excel skills, solid written communication, and the discipline to maintain accuracy consistently. Experience with UPS systems, batteries, or technical service environments is helpful but not required—the company will train you on the technical material. What matters most is your ability to work independently while supporting a team, and your willingness to catch the errors that others might miss.

The work directly protects EOLA Power's revenue and reputation; reporting mistakes cascade into lost quoting opportunities and damaged client trust. It's a full-time, in-office role in Miami with standard benefits including health coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. This is a stable position in the critical power industry with room to grow as the company scales.
