About this role
Pico's Corvil Analytics platform transforms packet-derived market data into actionable intelligence for leading financial institutions. This Technical Product Manager role sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, and product strategy—you'll work directly with trading firms and internal teams to identify real-world infrastructure and analytics challenges, then shape those insights into product capabilities that deliver measurable value.
The day-to-day involves balancing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment: prioritizing exchange protocol changes and customer requests, writing clear requirements for engineering teams, investigating field issues to spot patterns, and communicating roadmap decisions to stakeholders across sales, support, and leadership. You'll spend significant time in customer workshops and proof-of-value engagements, translating technical problems into opportunities for differentiated Corvil capability. This role demands comfort with frequent reprioritization and ambiguity—new market-driven priorities and customer issues emerge weekly.
You'll need solid technical foundations: hands-on experience in product management, software engineering, sales engineering, or solutions architecture, plus a strong grasp of network protocols and observability concepts. Financial markets or trading technology experience is valuable. The ideal candidate is genuinely curious about customer environments, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, and energized by seeing technical work translate quickly into customer outcomes. The position is hybrid based in Dublin with occasional travel across EMEA, US, and APAC regions for customer engagement and industry events.
