About this role

Ambulatory Anesthesia Care Southwest operates a mobile anesthesia practice serving office-based surgical centers across the Dallas area. As an Emergency Medical Technician here, you would work four days per week supporting the clinical team during patient care at various physician and surgical offices. Your day-to-day work involves patient escort and positioning, attaching and monitoring equipment, and transporting patients between procedure and recovery areas—essentially serving as a key part of the perioperative support system that keeps these mobile surgical environments running smoothly.

The role calls for current EMT or medical assistant certification plus active BLS certification. Beyond credentials, the company emphasizes finding someone genuinely committed to patient experience and client relationships, with the reliability and physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly. You should be comfortable working as part of a clinical team, adaptable to different office settings, and energized by direct patient interaction in a fast-paced surgical environment.

This position suits someone early or mid-career in emergency or clinical support work who wants consistent hours, meaningful patient contact, and exposure to anesthesia care without the hospital setting. If you're reliable, personable, and looking for a structured four-day schedule in Dallas, this could be a strong fit.
