About this role

Working as a Senior Pharmacy Advocate at IMA Financial Group means supporting patients and healthcare providers through the pharmacy assistance enrollment process. You'll handle application submissions, track program status, and maintain regular contact with patients, providers, and pharmacy staff to ensure smooth transitions into IMA's pharmacy programs. Much of your day involves working in Excel to monitor enrollment and usage data, communicating clearly across multiple channels, and solving problems as they arise.

This internship suits someone with a high school diploma or GED and ideally some pharmacy technician or retail pharmacy experience, though healthcare field background can work too. You'll need strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and genuine comfort building relationships with diverse groups of people. The role rewards those who can manage their time independently, pay close attention to detail, and stay focused on customer satisfaction while handling multiple applications and follow-ups simultaneously.
