About this role

Lingo Construction Services is offering a dual-track internship that moves you between the office and active jobsites in Oklahoma City. You'll support estimating and preconstruction teams on takeoffs and bidding, coordinate with project managers on scheduling and documentation, and spend time in the field learning site logistics, safety protocols, and construction techniques alongside superintendents and crews. This role exposes you to the full lifecycle of projects—from planning through completion—while building practical skills in construction management software, plan reading, and materials management.

The position suits someone pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field who has genuine interest in the industry and solid organizational skills. You'll need proficiency in Microsoft Office, comfort working in both office and field environments, and the self-motivation to seek out learning opportunities. Lingo emphasizes safety, teamwork, and integrity, so alignment with those values matters as much as technical capability.

The real value here is mentorship from experienced professionals and exposure to real construction work early in your career. You'll build a network within the industry and develop hands-on project management and fieldwork skills that go beyond classroom learning.
