Overhead Door Company of Litte Rock™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring Commercial Door Service Technicians (Experienced and Trainees!) to join our team in the Little Rock Metro and surrounding areas. In this role you will service and repair a variety of commercial garage doors. If you've worked as a general laborer, carpenter, field technician, mechanic, glazer, or in any skilled trade — we want to talk.
What You'll Do
- Repair and service commercial garage doors and door hardware
- Identify opportunities to recommend products and services to customers
- Maintain accurate job-related paperwork
- Operate safely and professionally on every job site
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- A valid drivers license and good driving record
- Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs.
- Comfort working at heights and using a ladder
- Mechanical, carpentry, or service industry experience a plus

About this role
Overhead Door Company of Little Rock, part of the billion-dollar DH Pace organization, is looking for Commercial Door Service Technicians to service and repair commercial garage doors and hardware across the Little Rock metro area. You'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, identify upsell opportunities with customers, and maintain job documentation—all while working safely on job sites that may involve heights and ladders. The role suits people with hands-on trade experience: general laborers, carpenters, field technicians, mechanics, glaziers, or anyone from a skilled trade background. A high school diploma, valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to lift 100 pounds are baseline requirements.
