About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, New User will build Skillz's FTUE experience from the ground up, owning specs and execution through v1 launch. This role is accountable for rebuilding FTUE and achieving industry leading funnel metrics.
Product Execution & Delivery
- Drive the full product lifecycle from opportunity identification to roadmap planning, execution, delivery, and iteration across FTUE phased rollout (Technical Launch, Core Loop Optimization, Soft Launch, Scale).
- Use data-driven insights, experimentation, and player feedback to inform product decisions and optimize KPIs such as I2D conversion and retention.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ensure strong execution velocity and high-quality product delivery.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management
- Communicate product plans and growth priorities to executives and company-wide stakeholders.
- Build alignment and drive cross-functional programs across multiple teams and disciplines, particularly coordinating between Engineering, Design, and LiveOps.
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners, including game developers and content partners contributing to the Arcade portfolio.
Experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year in gaming (mobile, free-to-play, competitive gaming, or similar domains).
- Proven track record managing parallel workstreams in a high-velocity environment.
- Demonstrated success scaling consumer-facing products with significant user engagement.
- Deep familiarity with gaming KPIs, player psychology, monetization strategies, and game lifecycle management.

- Analytical Rigor: Strong understanding of experimentation, user behavior analytics, funnel analysis, and product KPI measurement.

- Player-Centric Mindset: Deep empathy for players and passion for creating fun, engaging, competitive experiences.
Location: Hybrid in Bengaluru
Travel Requirement: Less than 10%
