Description

About Wolt

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

As Growth Manager, EMEA, you'll drive capital-efficient growth across our EMEA marketplace; owning cross market growth and optimization initiatives end-to-end. This is a highly analytical, cross-functional role: you'll dig into data to find where growth is being left on the table, turn that into tested and scaled solutions, and enjoy the kind of ambiguous, hard-to-crack growth problems that don't come with an existing playbook.

Reporting to the Head of EMEA Growth and being part of a 3-person team, you will play a key role finding and closing growth gaps across the region, working closely with the Growth Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own goal-setting and efficiency tracking for growth initiatives, using data to find where growth is being left on the table
  • Own growth budget efficiency and ROI — spot what's underperforming and fix it, whether that means reallocating spend, running a new experiment, or changing the process
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product, Analytics, and Marketing to scope, prioritize, and ship both new growth initiatives and improvements to existing ones
  • Drive growth partnerships to success — spot what's not performing, and push the changes that fix it

Our humble expectations*

  • Previous experience in consumer or marketplace business, product operations, growth, marketing, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent with AI tools and comfortable weaving them into your everyday workflow.
  • Comfortable moving between deep analytical work and cross-functional collaboration
  • Genuine enjoyment of ambiguous, hard-to-crack growth problems that don't come with an existing playbook

Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

About this role

Wolt is looking for a Consumer Growth Strategy Manager to drive capital-efficient growth across its EMEA marketplace. You'll own growth initiatives end-to-end, diving into data to identify untapped opportunities and then testing and scaling solutions across the region. This is fundamentally an analytical role that requires comfort with ambiguity—you'll be tackling growth problems without existing playbooks, spotting where performance is falling short, and deciding whether to reallocate budget, run experiments, or redesign processes to fix it.

You'll report to the Head of EMEA Growth as part of a three-person team, working closely with Growth Product, Analytics, and Marketing to scope, prioritize, and ship both new initiatives and improvements to existing ones. The role demands strong data interpretation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while moving fluidly between deep analytical work and cross-functional collaboration. You should have prior experience in consumer or marketplace business, product operations, growth, marketing, or management consulting, plus fluency with AI tools and the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Berlin. It suits someone with entrepreneurial drive who enjoys hard problems, can work independently and collaboratively, and is energized by the pace and ambition of a fast-growing marketplace operating across 30 countries.
