About this role

Alo Yoga's Memphis distribution center is seeking a hands-on maintenance specialist to keep its automated fulfillment operations running smoothly. You'll work independently or with minimal supervision to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the material handling systems that move product through the facility. This role demands solid electrical and mechanical expertise—particularly with three-phase systems up to 480VAC, conveyor and sortation equipment, PLC controls, and low-voltage systems. You'll also handle general facility maintenance, work at heights up to 40 feet, and coordinate with other technicians to support operational goals while maintaining strict safety standards.

The ideal candidate brings three to five years of maintenance or technical troubleshooting experience, a strong command of electrical and mechanical problem-solving, and familiarity with conveyor systems. Certifications like Journeyman Electrician, CMRP, or CMRT are valued, as is hands-on experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens equipment and CMMS software. You'll need to be comfortable with physical demands—frequent lifting up to 75 pounds, pushing carts up to 200 pounds, climbing, and standing for extended periods in sometimes extreme temperatures.

This is a full-time, in-office position at the Southaven, Mississippi distribution center. The role requires flexibility for holidays and weekends, and you must be willing to obtain certification on powered industrial equipment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, though relevant experience or military service may substitute.
