About this role
At Later, you'd support the Sales, Strategy, and Account Services teams by delivering research and insights that directly influence deal outcomes and client retention. Working in a hybrid setup from the Vancouver office, you'd own the full research cycle—from designing targeted studies and surveys to translating findings into compelling pitch materials and Strategic Business Reviews. The role demands someone comfortable moving quickly in a revenue-focused environment, balancing multiple stakeholder requests while maintaining research rigor.
Your background should include at least three years conducting market research and analytics, with solid experience designing and executing both quantitative and qualitative studies. You'll need hands-on familiarity with survey platforms like Typeform or Qualtrics, panel recruitment tools, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-research audiences. Statistical competency and comfort with spreadsheet analysis are core; coding in R or Python is a bonus. The role also expects you to think practically about how AI can improve your research workflow.
Success here means becoming a trusted research partner within 12 months—someone whose insights consistently strengthen pitches, improve win rates, and help retain clients. This suits an intermediate analyst ready to step into a more strategic, business-facing role where research directly drives revenue outcomes.
