About this role
Acklen Avenue is building a talent database for senior AI engineers based in the Philippines, and this listing is your entry point into their network rather than a traditional job posting. If selected, you'd be matched with client projects across diverse industries—banking, healthcare, e-commerce, fintech, and more—as part of either dedicated development teams or staff augmentation roles. The specific project details, responsibilities, and client would be determined once a match is made.
To be considered, you'll need advanced English proficiency, the ability to work during overlapping hours with North American time zones (PST, EST, or CST), and a Philippines-based location. This approach suits experienced engineers who are open to exploring multiple opportunities and client environments rather than committing to a single defined role upfront. Acklen Avenue emphasizes personal growth, clear communication, and solution-oriented thinking as part of their culture.
Pay for this role
The employer didn't post a pay range for this role. That usually means pay is set in negotiation, which favors whoever arrives with numbers. Check ranges on comparable Talent Database - Sr. AI Engineer - Philippines Only postings in Philippines Only, and analyze any offer before you accept it.
