About this role
Box's Sales Productivity Manager role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and learning design—you'll translate company priorities into concrete enablement programs that help Account Executives close deals faster and hit quota. Working from the Chicago office, you'll design skills-based curricula covering discovery, qualification, demo delivery, and negotiation, then deliver it through live workshops, virtual labs, and interactive practice. The work demands equal parts instructional rigor and stakeholder management: you'll mine CRM data and call recordings to diagnose skill gaps, build consensus across sales leadership and operations, and measure impact through ramp time, proficiency scores, and conversion metrics.
This role requires four-plus years training quota-carrying sellers in B2B SaaS, with proven success moving the needle on actual seller behavior and performance. You'll need strong facilitation and coaching skills, fluency with sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger), and hands-on experience with Salesforce, call recording platforms, and enablement analytics. The ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment and move quickly is essential—you'll be expected to establish training cadence, manage timelines across regions, and iterate based on data.
The salary range is $109,500 to $137,000. Success in the first six to twelve months means demonstrating shorter ramp times for new sellers, higher proficiency scores on core skills, and improved conversion metrics tied to your training initiatives.
