About this role
Rival Technologies is looking for a part-time HR Administrative Intern to support its People & Culture team in Vancouver on a hybrid basis. You'd handle the operational backbone of HR—data entry, file maintenance, spreadsheet updates, and document organization—while also coordinating recruitment activities like job postings, interview scheduling, candidate tracking in the ATS, and onboarding/offboarding logistics. The work is detail-oriented and process-focused, with room to identify ways to streamline how things get done.
You should be studying HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with solid skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook and the ability to pick up new HR systems quickly. The role values discretion with confidential information, strong organization, and a collaborative mindset. Prior administrative, internship, or customer service experience is a plus, as is familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems, though not required. At $20 CAD per hour for up to 30 hours per week, this is a good fit if you're looking to build foundational HR experience while staying flexible with your studies.
