About this role

WellPower's Solutions Center operates a 24/7 crisis facility in Denver where clinicians provide immediate mental health assessment and intervention for people in behavioral health crises who have come into contact with first responders. As a PRN Crisis Clinician, you would deliver psychological evaluations, crisis interventions, and therapy—individual, group, or family—while working as part of a clinical team to help clients move toward recovery. The role also involves case management, treatment planning, coordinating with psychiatrists and other providers on medication and medical needs, and conducting mental health hold evaluations.

You'll need a master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, with a current Colorado license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred. While three years of clinical social work experience is preferred, the position does not require it; what is essential is experience working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations. You must complete TB screening and testing before hire and maintain it throughout employment.

This is an as-needed PRN position with shifts that vary based on facility needs, working on-site in Denver. Compensation ranges from $31.25/hour for master's-level clinicians to $37.59/hour for licensed clinicians, plus a language differential of $1–$2.50/hour. The hiring range represents the full salary band, with most offers placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.
