- Lead and participate in the planning, estimating, and scheduling of plumbing Drain repair projects.
- Prepare estimates by gathering blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Conduct diagnostics/camera/locating inspections of potential projects, identify labor/material/time requirements, and compute costs.
- Oversee and assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of sewer lines, valves, sump pumps, toilets, and fixtures.
- Train, guide, and provide work direction to repair team members; ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and property managers.
- Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Experience in plumbing camera/locating operation.
- 5+ years of plumbing experience.
- Knowledge of plumbing methods, codes, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- California Class C Driver’s License required.
- Physically able to kneel, crouch, climb, and work in varied environments.
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and around mechanical equipment.
- High school diploma or GED required; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship preferred.
