About this role
HelloFresh's Aurora warehouse operation needs someone to manage the flow of ingredients and prepared meals through their fulfillment center on the night shift. You'd receive incoming product, inspect delivery trucks and goods for quality and food safety compliance, pick items from inventory, and prepare finished orders for shipment—all while maintaining accurate records in their computer system. The role demands physical stamina: you'll be on your feet for 10–12 hours across a Thursday–Sunday, 7pm–5:30am schedule, regularly lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50, working in a 35-degree cold prep area, and operating forklifts or hand trucks to move materials safely.
This position suits someone with forklift certification (Crown or Raymond preferred) who's comfortable in a fast-paced food production environment and takes food safety seriously. You'll need basic English literacy, simple math skills, and the ability to follow procedures closely—whether that's inspecting goods, enforcing GMP protocols, or flagging defects to supervisors. High school diploma or GED is expected, and basic computer skills are preferred for processing BOLs and POs.
HelloFresh offers immediate 401K matching, comprehensive health coverage with zero-premium options starting day one, generous PTO, and an 85% employee discount on meal subscriptions. The pay is $18.25 per hour.
