About this role

Teleios Collaborative Network is seeking a part-time Contracts Associate to support its National Director of Payer Engagement in managing contracts across the organization and its network of members and clients. Working remotely, you'll handle the full lifecycle of contract activity—drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements with payers, vendors, and partners while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. This role requires you to be both a detail-oriented administrator and a collaborative problem-solver, maintaining centralized tracking systems, preparing templates and guidance for members, and serving as the go-to resource for contract-related questions across departments.

The position calls for someone with an associate's degree or equivalent experience and one to three years of work in a fast-paced setting, ideally in healthcare. You should have a solid grasp of contract language, negotiation principles, HIPAA privacy rules, and healthcare regulations. Beyond technical knowledge, TCN values active learners who are driven to understand compliance and contracting deeply and who can work effectively across teams—coordinating between payer engagement, credentialing, finance, and compliance functions to align contract terms with operational needs. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required; the organization encourages applications from candidates who may not check every box.
