We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring people who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism as Behavior Technicians, where you’ll work one-on-one with children in a supportive, play-based environment, helping them build communication, social, independence, and everyday life skills.
If you’re a preschool teacher, Montessori guide, early childhood educator, or simply someone who loves helping children learn and grow, you already have something incredibly valuable: the ability to connect with kids, meet them where they are, and celebrate the little wins along the way.
We want to build on that foundation by teaching you ABA principles via paid training, hands-on mentorship, and real opportunities to advance your career.

$23/hour to start, with $1/hour increase opportunities multiple times a year
